President/Owner of Appraisal Services of McLean County, Inc.  Dave Park opened this company in 1992 after 10 years prior staff appraisal experience at a large Central Illinois Savings & Loan Association.

Dave specializes in relocation appraisals, as well as single family residential properties. Known as an honest, reliable, and respected real estate appraiser. Dave has been conducting real estate appraisals within Bloomington-Normal, Illinois, all of McLean County, Illinois, and other surrounding small communities for the past 25 years!
